How can I register as a new customer?

Where can I find my access data?

No, this is not possible. Only 1 account can be assigned per customer number. Access is made up of your email address and personal password.
I have registered but cannot login. Why is that?

How does the search function work in the shop?
You can use the search function by entering a product name, SKU number, or brand name. The results are displayed dynamically the more you add to the search term. When searching for SKU numbers, ONLY the product you are looking for will appear. You can use the filter section on the left to refine your search.
How do I add products to my favorites?
There is the possibility to create your personal favorites lists. You can make the setting after logging in to the shop under "My Account" then "My Favorites List". Here you can also edit your current lists, rename them, etc. at any time.
After you have created your favorite lists, you can add your favorite products to the favorites list(s). To do this, mark the green heart next to the "Shopping cart" button and select the desired list.
Is there a quick order function?
Yes, we offer you the direct order function. To do this, click on the shopping cart next to the search field
• Order numbers by SKU
Enter the desired article number in the 'Article number' field and the desired number of pieces in the 'Quantity' field. You can easily add more items to the list by clicking on "Add Row". After entering the desired items, click on the green shopping cart.

Download the Excel list using the template and fill it with the desired article

Why can't I find my desired item in the shop?
The item is no longer available in the delivery program. Are you using the article number for research?

Where can I find my recent orders?
You can find your orders placed in the store in "My Account" My Orders. You can view your orders in detail and order again directly if you wish.
